Free Consultation 

Although most garages are very similar, differences in detail, and your own requirements make it impossible to provide you with accurate pricing before a visit to your garage. We are happy to provide a rough estimate on site, so that you can decide if a garage conversion fits your budget.
An initial consultation will normally take about an half hour, is completely free of charge. 

Free Quote

Once we have made a site visit , then we will be able to provide you with you with a detailed quote, as well as a schedule of works and schedule of payment. (references can be provided upon request).

Free plans 

Once you are happy with our quote and would like to proceed, we will then make another site visit. Here we will discuss your requirements and take measurements. 
Once measurements have been taken we will then begin to draw up your Building regulation drawings to your requirements. 
This includes floor plans, elevations, sections, structural and 3D plans (if required). 

Free building application submition

Once the building regulation drawings are drawn up we will send these off to building control along with a building notice application. 
Every garage conversion will require Building Regulations approval and the issue of a completion certificate once complete. 
This requires plans being produced and inspections of the works carried out. 

The build

Once your building notice application has been processed we can the start works within 48 hours.  
A pre-start visit will be made with your site manager a few days before we start to discuss the process and any questions you might have. 

Completion Certification & warranty 

Once the works have been checked and passed from building control and you are happy with the works.
You payment will be invoiced followed by your completion certificate and warranty certificate.
